November Professional Development: Classroom Intervisitation Month, Moderation Studies, and Other Opportunities

Dear Colleagues,

November is fast approaching and is full of opportunities for you to connect with other Consortium educators.

November is Intervisitation Month!

Throughout the month of November we encourage you to visit the classrooms or colleagues in your school and across the Consortium. Wednesday, November 2nd and Tuesday November 15th are our official Teacher Intervisitation Days! Mark your calendars, volunteer as a host or suggest a visit that you'd like to take on those days and we'll take care of the logistics and sign ups.

If you are able to host or would like to request a specific visit be arranged, complete this form by Friday, October 21st. Sign Ups will begin on Monday, October 24.

November Moderation Studies -- All Disciplines -- Election Day, November 8th

Participating in the moderation study is a great way to (re)connect with colleagues from across the Consortium, think together about our shared work, and learn how other schools approach the PBAT. Contact your school's Consortium Liaison or your administration if you would like to volunteer to be your department's representative.

In addition, Social Studies Resource Share groups are beginning to meet, the Math Exchange begins next week (10/19) as does the Consortium Parent Council (10/20) and Student Leadership Committee meets the week after (10/25).
