Curriculum: In each of our classes, students engage in projects that invite them to dive deeply into each topic and consider multiple perspectives. We plan curriculum thematically and units are often interdisciplinary.
School Community and Culture: As teachers in a small school, we develop enduring relationships with students within and across teams. Faculty in our school take on shared responsibilities under our model of distributed leadership.
